Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and GoGufi, S.L. (CIF: B24836421), ("Gufi", "we", "us"), Madrid, Spain. By using gufi.dev and our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you represent a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

Gufi is an AI-powered platform that lets you build business software — ERPs, CRMs, dashboards, websites, and automations — using natural language. You describe what you need; Gufi builds it. The service is provided digitally and is available immediately upon registration.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Gufi. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login with others.

Under Spanish consumer law (LGDCU Art. 68-79, 101), you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from any paid subscription without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact hello@gufi.es before the 14-day period expires. We will refund the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method. Exception: if you have actively used the paid Services (consumed credits or generated content) during the withdrawal period and you consented to begin using the service immediately, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost in proportion to the service already provided, as permitted by Art. 102 LGDCU.

Free and paid plans are available. Paid plans renew automatically — we will notify you by email at least 30 days before each renewal. You can cancel anytime in your account settings before the renewal date. AI features run on credits: free credits expire at the end of their period, paid credits roll over up to your plan limit. All prices shown include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. If terminated for breach, remaining credits are forfeited.

You own everything you create on Gufi — modules, tables, records, views, dashboards, automations, websites, and AI-generated outputs. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Services. We do not use your data to train AI models for other customers. Do not upload sensitive data (health records, government IDs, financial account numbers).

Gufi uses AI to generate software, code, and configurations. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating everything the AI creates. Do not rely on AI outputs for critical functions without your own checks. We do not guarantee uniqueness or accuracy.

We own the platform, software, tools, and technology behind Gufi. You own your data and AI outputs. If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can cancel anytime in your settings. After termination, your data is deleted within 30 days (backups within 90 days).

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law, including in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your jurisdiction. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Websites published through Gufi ("Public Sites") are the sole responsibility of the user who creates and publishes them. The user is responsible for complying with all applicable regulations, including but not limited to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), LSSI-CE, cookie policies, legal notices, and any other local or international data protection laws. Gufi acts as a data processor and does not assume responsibility for the content, legal compliance, or data processing practices of Public Sites. Gufi may offer tools to help users meet their legal obligations, but their use and correct implementation remains the user's responsibility.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance by email. If you disagree, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Current version always at gufi.dev/terms.
